From the Editor

Over the last several years, I’ve had the opportunity to sit down with YouTubers, rock crawlers, manufacturers, fabricators, shop owners, event organizers, and everyday folks who just love getting out on the trail. If you’ve ever asked me why I’m so passionate about all of this, my answer has always been the same. It’s the community. I’ve never been all that interested in arguing about what does or doesn’t qualify as overlanding. I like built trucks. I like hard trails. I like long trips. I like camping in the middle of nowhere, and I like watching somebody drag a truck through an obstacle it probably has no business being on. There’s room for all of it, and Offroad Weekly gives us the freedom to cover all of it. The name is changing because the stories have already changed. I want to cover more trucks, more trails, and more content. That means interviews with interesting people, honest conversations, trail features, technical content, Trail Cuts, event coverage, product reviews, and whatever else makes this community worth talking about. If it’s happening in the offroad world, I want Offroad Weekly to be part of the conversation. And this is just the beginning. We’ve got plans for an Offroad Weekly event here in the Southeast that I think captures the full spectrum of rowdiness our viewers are looking for, with maybe a little inspiration from some of those hardcore events of years past. I’m not ready to share much more than that yet, but we’re working on it, and I think it’s going to be a hell of a good time. Thanks for being part of the journey.
